Death is inevitable.This status effect has been haunting ManePear for as long as he could remember. He has tried everything he could to get rid of it, yet wielded no results. It left no particles. No visual traces of its existence.
When your timer is in minutes, you’d think you’d have a lot of time left. You’d imagine you would have enough to figure it all out. You’d believe everything would be fine.
But when you actually think about it, do the math, you’d realize that time is more expensive than you thought.
And Mane is lowkey running out of it.
ORRRR !!
ManePear has always known his life was limited. He’s got a list of things to do before death claims his fate.

what if flame and wemmbu lost the 2v1000 and were both admitted into the prison? and lettuce was actually evil may also be a good point to add now. (ADDITIONAL! i write in my notes app on my phone, or wattpad cus i can see word count. i also occasionally use google docs. Summary
College is weird. Unknown. Scary. So what happens when Wemmbu starts college, where he doesn't know anyone? At least not that he knows of? Starting college at Unstable won't be easy. Especially without his best friend. He's scared and isn't ready.
Though he meets someone he'd like to keep close. He makes friends despite being scared to. Even despite breaking his own promise not to get attached to anyone like he got attached to.. Them.
Faced with unfamiliar territory, Wemmbu makes 2 rules for himself that he absolutely cannot break.
1, Don't get attached to anyone - Easy enough.

Wemmbu thought he would finally find peace. That he would spend his days with Egg and enjoy living as a normal player.
That’s until Flame and a lion hybrid he thought long gone, shows up in his base like it’s a normal Tuesday.
““Okay,” Wemmbu says with a sigh, placing Gambit right back into his hotbar.
“Okay?” Flame questions with a raised brow.”
Suddenly, old habits return far too easily: Flame yapping, Egg laughing, and Mane silently acting like he never shattered Wemmbu’s trust in the first place.
Except, Wemmbu’s body is failing him and the cracks in the glowing gem in his chest are spreading deeper.
OR:
Wemmbu is starting to go blind and his body is very close to death.

Summary
After what felt like forever, Wemmbu reached into his pocket and pulled out a slightly crumpled pack of cigarettes. His fingers were scraped badly enough that getting one out took two attempts. He slipped it between his lips before glancing sideways at Egg.
“...Light it.”
Egg quietly fished a lighter out of his own pocket. His hands shook enough that the first flick missed, but the second caught, a small flame dancing in the afternoon breeze. Wemmbu leaned forward, lit the cigarette, and took a slow drag before exhaling a thin stream of smoke into the air.
Only then did he really look at Egg.
His face had gone pale.
His hands still hadn't stopped trembling.
His eyes were glossy, like he was doing everything he could not to cry.
“...Sorry,” Egg mumbled, barely loud enough to hear.
Wemmbu let the smoke drift from his mouth before answering without looking at him.
"Shut up."
Egg swallowed hard and lowered his gaze to the pavement.
"...Okay."
