Summary
Amelia Vigil, the (spoiled) princess of a feared kingdom, had been crowned to queen at a young age due to her parents passing away and was left with her twin brother as her loyal right-hand-man. However, being gifted such power at such a young age was a disaster waiting to happen. On her 18th birthday, Amelia found herself falling madly in love with a prince of a neighbouring kingdom but bitterness soon settled in when it turned out he had his eyes set on another princess. In her rage, Amelia declared war on this princess and the people of her kingdom took this as an opportunity to punish her for her tyranny. Unbeknownst to them, it wasn't the princess they captured but they would never find out and the ordeal would give Amelia time to escape.
Now, she has to seek redemption in the arms of the same person she wanted gone… But what if she finds more than that?
