Summary
Clone Force 99 is a unit of defective clones with desirable mutations. They have an… unorthodox way of doing things. They themselves are rather unorthodox.
But, they are still clones, and they still have that bond with each other that all other clones have, if not a little stronger.They meet when they are young cadets, they help each other handle their unique problems, they fight and bicker, they get into trouble because that's just who they are, Tech gets a ship, they go out on training missions and blow competitors out of the water, and when the war finally starts, they start going on missions. Yay!
OR)) We weakly follow canon as the Bad Batch bonds and grows, makes mistakes and lives with them, and it is very soft at times.
OR²)) a very self indulgent fic that follows the Bad Batch from cadet hood all the way to after the animated series ends and maybe I’ll fix the deaths of the clones that I like

Summary
Icarus is the vigilante of Logstinshire and the districts. He fights both heros and villains for the people. He does the jobs the heros should do and has considered himself a hero for a while.
Tommy is a hero-in-training with an abusive boss. He lives with his roommates and likes to hang out with the Watson family. He's training to become one of the best heros he can be, to legally help people... If his boss will let him.
Phil has always thought himself to be a hero. He saved people from bad things and he tried to protect as many under him as he could. But then his family enters the picture and... He doesn't really feel against hurting others to keep them safe.
It gets worse when a young trainee walks into the hero tower. The question now is... Was he ever a hero? Or a villain in disguise?

Out of every result he could've predicted for the Anaxes mission, being invited into Clone Force 99 was not exactly one he'd put much thought into. That one's more along the lines of, 'never expected in the slightest'.
Echo wonders, sitting in the Marauder, whose idea it was to take him in. It’s not like Hunter sprung it on all of them at once right then and there.

Wilbur frowns, but it's Techno who steps forward. "Tommy, he's not going to do anything," Techno tells him cautiously. "You don't need to worry, alright?"
To you, Tommy would say, if he was stronger. He's not going to do anything to you.
But he doesn't. Tommy keeps his mouth shut—whatever it takes to stay.
When Techno and Wilbur Soot-Watson anger a bully, it shouldn't be an issue. They are as untouchable as they can get, for students anyway.
It's unfortunate that Tommy, their foster brother, isn't. Being their soft spot, it only makes sense that he becomes the next target.
