"Genoa sounds good," Charles insists quickly. "If it's safer, let's go for the safety, yeah?"
He can practically feel Carlos' stare burning a hole in the side of his head, but he keeps his focus on the only person aboard who actually knows how to fly a plane. If the turbulence gets any worse, Charles is fairly certain he'll start recording farewell messages to his family. At least he's seen Lorenzo get married before dying, he tells himself grimly.

Summary

He was prepared, even as Omega, for everything the new world would bring, however, things were not so easy, especially after meeting the captain of the Straw Hats.
His life was turned upside down that day when fate decided to put them both on the same path. There was no turning back when, in the midst of a moment of weakness, all of Law's plans went down the drain.
