Summary
Natalie was always sensitive to sensations of all kinds. Sounds and textile feelings, especially. Constant, low white noise helped keep her centered and focused. The feeling of soft things, a gentle brush of nerves through the skin, relaxed her.
She loved being able to sense the world, for both the good and bad, it was a privilege she wouldn’t have any other way, even if at times it could be hard.

Summary
Imperfection. Something she represented down to her core. Morally, physically, emotionally. She had hurt others to get where she was, and not all of it could be blamed on her past or on self-defense. She was a failed experiment, body twisted and torn up, running on borrowed time. She was closed off and bitter, avoidant of connections, of possible pity or even sympathy.
She didn’t deserve to be treated with love, and yet, someone still sought to show her she was perfect in her own way.
