He didn’t really know how to do it and ended up coughing and gagging as the smoke stayed in his lungs too long, and all of the boys continued with their Greek chorus of jeers and laughter, except David. He moved around Michael like a shark, eyes never leaving him, boring into him actually, as if he could see the stuff he was made of.
