The battle with Irontomb has ended. The Chrysos Heirs were (relatively) safe and secure in the Eternal Page. The seed known as Amphoreus was waiting to sprout in the cosmos.
But Cyrene wasn't there.
Caelus refused to accept that.

Summary
Cloud hadn't ever expected that he'd be free of the SOLDIER program, nor that he'd be able to see a life free from his shackles. Getting out and being set up with a normal job in the commons was a pipe dream and fantasy, but it was real. The morning coffee was good, his coworkers were kind - and didn't ask questions about where he came from - and things seemed to be shaping up well.
The silver-headed menace that waltzed in, though, made it a bit more...irritating.
