Summary
It had been around a year since Zanka had first taken up Jabber’s offer of an off duty fight, and following then it had become somewhat of a regular occurrence. In fact, it wouldn't have been crazy to call the two friends– kinda. But one night, Jabber decided to throw a wrench in their little routine in the strangest way possible, by bringing Zanka some random baby he had found abandoned in a polluted zone. Why had he done this? Because he was high at the time and thought it would be hilarious to see the look on the cleaner's face. Yet in the morning when he sobered up, Jabber still wanted to keep it. And for whatever reason, Zanka did too.
“Doesn’t the kid totally look like she could be our daughter! See, she’s even got your weird striped eyebrows.” If Zanka had the energy he would punch him.
Or: Two idiots impulsively adopt a baby and now have to figure out how to simultaneously raise the kid, keep her a secret, and deal with their growing feelings for each other.

Harry moved toward the burning door, but Voldemort shouted, “CATCH HIM!” and, in the next instant, Harry felt Quirrell’s hand grab his wrist.
Immediately, a sharp pain shot through his scar, and he felt as if his head were about to split in two. But at the same time, his mind seemed to connect with something else, as if a connection within something, previously blocked, had just been unlocked.

Summary
Zanka still couldn't shake the feeling of wrongness about all of this. A feeling he remembers he had when they were tricked by raiders into their muddy trap. But Enjin was with them this time and Rudo had a much better grasp on his jinki than he did before so if it were a trap they should be good. Still, Lovely vibrated with the sentiment of 'Go now. Not safe. Go.' Zanka softly murmured comforting words to his her as they made their way towards wherever the monsters had flown too. They were gonna be fine.

Stuff goes terribly wrong on a mission involving new types of trash beasts leading to the cleaners thinking Zanka died. He did die but he wasn't gonna be dead for long. -

After being left for dead in the trash beast, Jabber ends up on the Cleaners front step and offers up information. Depressed, bored, and still healing, Jabber hangs around at HQ. He eventually realizes he's been missing something for a long time.

Discipline might not always be the solution to your problems. That's what Zanka realized as he was struck by a problem that no amount of meditation, focus or denial could fix. Scorching hot feelings dwell in him and he has not had enough experience with feelings.
