Over the next few days more flower petals came, much to Jay’s confusion and dismay.
The problem was that he couldn’t understand why this was happening to him. Tim had never mentioned coughing up flowers as a symptom of whatever the hell they were infected with. And yet, they kept coming.

Summary
The plastic crinkles as Tim pulls the bag open. Several tapes softly clack around inside. He looks back up at Jay.
“You said ‘no more secrets,’” Jay explains. “…you’re not the only one who’s been hiding things, and…well, these were never gonna be posted on the channel, but it didn’t feel right to get rid of them. …at the same time, though, it also didn’t feel right to keep these from you any longer. Not anymore, anyway.”

Summary
Jay eyed the spot next to Tim on the bed, before looking away. He seemed to fight with himself for a few moments, then nodded once as if making up his mind. He got up and made his way over to the bed. Fingers clenched at his sides, he made nervous eye contact. “Help distract me.”
His immediate thoughts are ones of taking Jay into his arms and kissing him senseless, but he figured that isn’t what his friend actually wants. Unfortunately.
