A therapy app, a workbook, a guided meditation. Something stupid and wrapped up in a capitalist agenda. The article was tagged with things like “worthless,” “lonely,” “how to get out of a rut,” and “personality disorder.

   James pulled into the car park. He didn’t get out. He sat in the darkness of the car and read the stupid fucking article.
