   Summary

   Arthur Peeters - a doctor in training - died. Worse, he got killed. Luckily, some Red Panda God took pity on his miserable life and offered him a second chance. Arthur had to be honest, when he thought about getting reincarnated, he didn't imagine getting dropped in World War II. Well, an even crazier version of WWII than the one he was familiar with.

   Or; Arthur gets reincarnated and meets Bucky. They hit it off and live through an alternate version of 'Captain America: The First Avenger', together.
