It's a beautiful place, but it will never stop hurting, and at the same time it is an ugly place, but it's gentle. For Zoro it was the place in between holding Sanji’s hand as they sat behind the school, and leaning across the sun-baked grass to kiss his nose. It was taking off their shoes and walking in the cool stream by the side of a long, unpaved road. It was the way he smiled, freckled and sunburned and gentle.
It was the words that were never quite said, but always promised:“No matter what, I’ll always find my way back to you”
