Summary
The Upside Down had a way of finding Will Byers, no matter how hard he tried to leave it behind. It lingered in his dreams, crept into his thoughts, and bled into his art. There was no escaping it- at least not in his mind.
That was, until the day a gate tore open and bats dragged Will screaming back into the Upside Down, forcing him to realize he couldn’t escape it physically either. Vecna would always find his way back to him, always mold him into something useful.
This time, though, Vecna went further than anyone expected. He didn’t just break Will, he remade him. Turned him into one of his own creations: a vampire, cursed with an unstoppable thirst for blood… and for the very person he loved most.
