No. Because it had taken him periods of negligence to start realizing what he's done to himself.

“What,” said Rin, thrown off guard and hating it, hating every second Kaiser spent speaking in riddles, “what does that mean?”
“It means I have more fun,” purred Kaiser, and pulled Rin’s face in to put his tongue in Rin’s mouth.
Rin and Kaiser fight over Isagi's affections. Things escalate from there.
