A Tentative Memoir by Jasmine Fenton.
A work in progress and a project that she had started at an extreamly young age. The childhood diary had become something more serious, imitating the kinds of situations she found herself forced to tackle. She was a Fenton she was used to things out of the ordinary, and had, albiet partially reluctantly, accepted that her life was always going to be filled with abusurdity. But...well sometimes life can surprise even those who thought they were prepared for everything.

When Danny Fenton was little, he had nightmares. Whenever he'd wake up shaking from the shadows that stalked him in his dreams, he'd run to his parents' room. Hopefully, he'd get lucky and they wouldn't be down in the lab working.
Then The Accident happened, and his nightmares became reality. And so much had changed, and he knew he couldn't go to his parents. No, his mom and dad were no longer safe... So in a time of absolute vulnerability, where he was desperately seeking the welcoming arms of a trusted adult... Where could he go? Who would let him hide under their covers and snuggle up with them? Who would care to comfort an abomination like him?
No one. Danny had no one to turn to. So after yet another nightmare reliving The Accident, in his fear and desperation, so lost he barely knew where he was going, he finds himself being drawn somewhere. A strangely horrifying voice that should not be comforting was whispering to him. Calling to him. Telling him that he belonged with them. And to Danny, an abomination that belonged nowhere, those sweet words were intoxicating.

Summary
It was shortly after Tucker's experience with Desiree, and he and Danny were just hanging out. Neither boy really wanted to talk about what had just happened or any of the numerous off-putting implications...instead, they were just playing videogames. However, Tucker was beginning to think maybe they should confront this...it was probably better than denying the problem. However, it turned out he had no idea how much Danny had been repressing when he suggested that... or how much Tucker himself was still choosing to ignore.

She wants to be special, but she can only stand out for the wrong reasons. She wants to be perfect, but she is regressing fast. Maybe she can't change. Maybe it's foolish and pointless to expect anything other than the heartless spoiled brat everyone sees. As foolish as it is to expect honey from a wasp.

Summary
When Danny went through the ghost catcher, he expected to be cured of the ghostliness that had haunted him since the accident, not to wake up on the lab floor with his parents saying he’d been overshadowed but everything’s okay now. So why does Danny Fenton cry himself to sleep to then dream of flying? Why does Phantom, the ghost who was supposedly possessing Danny, remember a life that isn’t his? Most of all, why do both the human and the ghost feel that something vital is missing, in their very soul?
Or: Trying to cure himself of his powers one month after the accident, Danny accidently splits himself but neither his ghost nor his human half realize what they've actually done.
