Summary
Crowley, certified spooky fan, convinces Aziraphale to dress up for the Whickber Street haunted house, but it's not the human actors that surprise him.
--
The carpet shop’s basement was nearly pitch-dark, save for a ghost light over the rickety staircase to prevent insurance liabilities and save some necks. At the bottom, glowing through a mist from a fog machine, a strand of red lights shaped into an arrow pointed through a dark corridor.
“I don’t think this is going to be a wine collection,” Aziraphale murmured.
Crowley grinned. “No, I don’t think it is.”

Summary
Crowley gives in to trying Aziraphale's baking and reminisces on all the indulgences he's denied himself over the years.
--
Six thousand odd years on Earth, and he’d denied himself uncountable things, uncountable times. He’d let Aziraphale partake, let it become not just a habit but a hallmark of their interactions over the years: the angel indulged, Crowley braced himself for an apocalypse that almost came twice, and a pit in his chest grew heavier and deeper and a little more unbearable with every denial, no matter how hard he tried to numb himself to the feeling.
And not just food. He’d denied himself comforts and objects and stability…he’d denied himself love. Aziraphale. Dearest, most precious Aziraphale.
Now…oh, he wanted.

Summary
“If we do this wrong,” Crowley continued. “There’s a good chance the both of us are erased from the Book of Life. I mean, the whole affair’s ridiculous, and your lot—“
“So you’ll do it?”
After the rejections, the heartbreaks, the misery, the miscommunication and misunderstandings, all of it, Crowley was not immune to the eternal pull of one idealistic angel and his hare-brained plans. It didn’t solve everything—there were infinite reasons they’d gotten into this mess in the first place—but hope reared its two-faced head and Crowley’s unresolvable longing to be beside Aziraphale at almost any cost won out.
Crowley looked at Aziraphale, desperate and beautiful Aziraphale, and said, “I’ll do it."
--
Aziraphale and Crowley devise a plan that certainly—possibly—maybe will stop the second coming.

Summary
Crowley uses his miracles to keep buyers away from Aziraphale's bookshop in 1986.
--
"We have to make sure they never want to step foot in this shop again.”
“Ahh, subterfuge!” The look of eager anticipation on Aziraphale’s face, however, suggested that his method of scaring off the suits was likely not what Crowley had in mind. Knowing Aziraphale, he would probably conjure a cold draft in one corner and try to pass it off as a fussy ghost who needed to be read Lord Byron’s poems every night.
“I’ll do the dirty work this time,” Crowley grumbled. “Just…play along.”

"I found something today."
“Hm?”
“Mm. In the bookshop.”
“I see. Was it a book?”
(OR: Crowley stumbles across a habit of Aziraphale's 6000+ years in the making and hidden in a hollowed-out book. More established relationship post S2 fluff while I anxiously wait for news of S3)

Summary
Now I'll be bold
As well as strong
And use my head alongside my heart
So take my flesh
And fix my eyes
A tethered mind free from the lies
And I will wait, I will wait for you
--Mumford & Sons“It's going to be OK, Crowley,” said Aziraphale. “We'll figure it out.”
“How?” said Crowley, his composure starting to crack.
Without thinking, acting purely on instinct, Aziraphale reached out with one hand, and cradled Crowley's cheek, reveling in the softness and warmth against his palm, as Crowley closed his eyes and leaned into the caress.
“I don't know yet,” the angel breathed. “But this … you and I … this can't be an accident. Of all the angels and all the demons that could have been chosen to work here on Earth, it was us, Crowley, from the very beginning.”Series

Summary
Life, recently, has been good. Gabriel owns a yoga mat now, and a smartphone with one of those apps that track your blood pressure, and he's working his way through The Exorcist. Who knew that living as a human could be so-
The doorbell is ringing. Gabriel thinks that it kind of sounds like a nightingale being slowly tortured to death. Wary, he opens the door. Standing on his doorstep with a suitcase and a plant is a rather familiar demon.
"You have a guest room, right?" Crowley asks.
Gabriel closes the door in his face.
Or: Feeling miserable after Aziraphale returned to Heaven, Crowley decides to make his bad mood somebody else's problem. Moving in with Gabriel and Beelzebub is the only logical conclusion.

Summary
Known only as "The Author," an anonymous archivist and amateur historian began noticing odd similarities during their academic dives into some historical archives in London. In countless correspondences salvaged over the centuries, they found the same two names mentioned over and over again: Aziraphale (or "Angel," as he is most commonly referred to in the letters), and Crowley. This work features every letter (sent and unsent) that The Author amassed during their obsessive search to piece together the unusual romance unfolding between the lines of these messages across time.
