    For Ben Solo, the year is 2021. It’s been two years since the divorce, since the worst mistake in all of history, since the day he walked away from the love of his life.

    Sometimes, the universe has a weird (and potentially fatal) way of bringing people back together.

    (Alternatively: the one where I return to that tired trope of “but that’s not how amnesia works” to put exes Rey and Ben through a whole lot of angst before they find their way back to each other.)
