    Jing Yuan hadn’t thought of those lyrics in a while. His mind strangely drifted off to the day Dan Heng had recited those lines to him, as the two of them sat on the desk at the front. The room was fairly empty, save for the few tables, a drum set, and the other two members of the band, having some sort of an argument with Blade.

    To this day, whenever Jing Yuan recalls that incident, all he could think of is the smoke from Dan Heng’s crashed car, people running around the hospital corridor, the news reports’ howling, while he prayed to the Aeons, the unconscious body of the man he loved oh so dearly, bleeding under the rain.
