Summary
With the star in peril from the second coming of the Final Days, the Warrior of Light must travel to the past to find the answers she seeks. But instead of landing in Elpis, she finds herself in Amaurot with the man she always desired to see again. In a cruel twist of fate, Emet-Selch knows nothing of the relationship they form in the future, assuming her to be the mere familiar of his beloved Azem. Yet their souls become intertwined with one another all the same, this transcendent bond between them determining the fate of the star itself.

Summary
Resurrected after their final battle Emet-Selch, now mortal, is provided with another chance at life—at the behest of the hero he nearly slew. On his subsequent quest for redemption the Ascian seeks to aid the Warrior of Light in regaining what is left of her shards; though the memories of Azem prove to challenge his views on this hero. Which will he choose to aid in the end?

Summary
Sometimes Lahabrea was like that, an ever-burning flame lost in theoretical possibilities, the creator of the Phoenix and the tamer of Flame itself, and sometimes it was true that he could solve the mysteries of the Star but not the ones that surrounded his own life. Ícaro suspected that the only reason he hasn’t retrieved the red mask that was carefully placed in the corner of the table before asking them out was due to the fact that he still hoped to continue the conversation as if nothing ever happened. That was just his way of dealing with things, to dodge the ones he could and lock away what he couldn’t.
“I wasn’t joking.”
“Then you leave me with two options, Azem.” The title and the distance it carried felt like a splash of cold water. “You’re either confusing lust with love or you’re trying to get something from me. And it worries me that you think that the latter might work.”

Summary
En un paralelo Vavaire, el grupo de investigadores privados de la oficina gubernamental de Legión formado por Helgret, Helsya, Varth y Abigail lamentan la reciente pérdida de uno de sus compañeros de trabajo a raíz de un descuido de planificación por parte del desaparecido. Sin embargo, la vida sigue. Su jefe, el inspector Stover Delft, llama a su piso franco unas semanas después para informarles de un nuevo caso que podría incorporar a sus filas una misteriosa sustituta para la vacante del equipo de intrépidos investigadores.

Summary
When the elderly Elidibus suddenly and unexpectedly returns to the star, Azem gets dragged back to Amaurot to help fill in the gap left by the missing Convocation member. To keep the former Elidibus's work moving apace, Azem, Nabriales, and a very tired Chief of the Bureau of the Architect are tapped to split up Elidibus's workload while the Convocation tries to appoint a new Elidibus. With both extra work and the unpleasant prospect of hours upon hours of bureaucratic committee meetings, nobody is happy. But at least Elidibus left them a very bright young executive assistant, Themis, who is more than eager and willing to offer his assistance.
And a certain Dionysius still owes his two best friends a feast. And dessert.
