"GLOBAL NEWS: STATUE OF POSIDEN DESTROYED IN MASSIVE TSUNAMI THAT COVERS THE ENTIRETY OF CHICAGO!"
Chaos. That's all that cascaded through the city of Chicago, as the massive thirty by one hundred foot statue of blue stone and tinted quarts slowly sinks into the flooded streets.
The flood was five feet thick, the water crystal blue...people were swimming up hills...
A distressed ochako and izuku watch as the water rises from a large rooftop of a reinforced building, a couple miles away from the statue.
Thunder strikes down, making the rippling waves just cascade harder.
"𝙆𝘼𝙏𝙎𝙐𝙆𝙄 𝘽𝘼𝙆𝙐𝙂𝙊𝙐!!!!!"
A large booming voice yells from the heavens, piercing the swelling grey and orange clouds.
And there he was, standing on top of the sinking posiden statue, was a boy. No older than sixteen, he stood at 6'4. He wore dark black shoes with dirty white soles, jet black ripped jeans that still had fluff coming off them, and an unbuttoned collared grey and white plaid shirt.
His blue eyes glimmered and blonde spike hair flowed around him as he stood up, clicking a golden pen in his hand as it turned to a beautiful celestial bronze blade...
"𝙕𝙚𝙪𝙨."

Bakugou katsuki was born in a messed up century, not to mention being born with the heart of a hero in a world of villany. He didn't care about that, though.
From a young age Bakugou was adopted by his mothers boyfriend, his mother dying shortly after. His escape from reality was comics...but something always struck him kind of weird...why had nobody ever TRIED being a superhero?
So he became one. This is how bakugou katsuki became the vigilante GROUND ZERO.

This fic is for those who wonder what wouldve happened if a specific version of bakugou gained one for all.
.....All might...he gave it to me, a quirk i don't deserve. deku....as much as i hate to say it deku deserved it more. But then, when I was at my lowest i saw his beautiful angelic form, there to haunt me, or thats what i thought. He was there to lead me, to show me the way to his vision...and i will stop at nothing, i will save them all. I will follow blindly into the night to save those he asks, i will carry his symbol with pride. For this is my task, that i will give my life to save those in need. I will redeem myself, i need to. I will carry on His Legacy.
What would you do if the person you bullied, died to save you? And you couldn't even say SORRY. What would you do? Bakugou katsuki had to ask this question to himself...to be honest he doesn't know either.

Summary
Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo are brothers in all but blood. Their mothers have been the best of friends since diapers. Sharing the same dreams of becoming a Pro Hero, a wrench is thrown into their plans. At the age of four Katsuki Bakugo was diagnosed as Quirkless, while Izuku was not. But the two children believed in each other, their bond growing closer throughout the years. And with the help of Izuku's mother they train for UA High School, the most prestigious school in Japan. The greatest Pro Hero that their ever was graduated from the school, and the two boys wanted to follow in his footsteps.
That hero is named All Might. However, unknown to the world he was getting older, and more tired. The career-ending injury didn't help things either. He would soon have to retire, but he couldn't do that without making sure the future was going to be protected without him there, and so he looks for a successor to carry the mantle of his Quirk. He finds the perfect successor in Katsuki Bakugo, now... if only he didn't also promise to train the son of his Arch-nemisis alongside his successor.

Yuji dropped to his knees, his head bowed, shoulders trembling with the weight of his plea. “Yes. Help me. Teach me. Please.” His voice was raw, breaking with desperation.
He didn’t care how humiliated he looked. He didn’t care about pride. If it meant protecting people, he’d gladly discard it.
Sukuna watched him, he scanned the boy who knelt before him, his form bent and vulnerable. For a fleeting moment, he felt something foreign, different from mockery or disdain.
