Summary
Photographer Dean Winchester returns to Nags Head, North Carolina, to bury his father. The trip brings back memories, some good and some bad. He lived in the keeper’s house of the Pony Island Lighthouse with his father and brother throughout high school. Once he graduated, he took his camera on the road and worked himself up to a well sought after photographer, traveling the world. Coming home wasn’t going to be easy.
Dr. Castiel Novak left the Outer Banks for college and later, medical school. Coming home years later, he set up his practice when the town’s doctor retired. He had fond memories of the beaches, the homes, and the lighthouse.
While the two men had a shared past, time and distance made them strangers. Would they be able to find love again as adults or were their lives destined like ships in the night?

Summary
Convex Serial Killer AU (+ multiple ships)
Scar believed he was unlucky. For one whole decade, he was having a hard time making it big as an author. Although his storytelling was great, no one was interested in cookie cutter fantasy stories these days.
That was until that day, when the now presently cold case was also Scar's greatest inspiration. His motivation for starting true crime stories.
He wasn't knowledgeable on murder, of course. But he believes that all the bad luck he accumulated in the past has now come as a blessing to Scar in a form of a person; his new roommate, Cub! Who is... suspiciously way too knowledgeable on murder crimes.
