Summary
Mark Grayson hates his life. His dad is making him take over the planet and his hearts just not in it. Then he loses the only thing that made his life in anyway bearable. So when a disfigured man gives him an opportunity to hop dimensions to a world without his farther and his darling boyfriend is still alive? He double crosses him and takes that ungrateful version of himself’s place but it wasn’t exactly what he’d expected. That can be changed though. Everything is going to perfect.
William was doing pretty well for himself; the best boyfriend he could ask for, loving parents, good grades, perfectly intact and unbroken bones. What could possibly go wrong?

Mark drifted closer in the air above them, his mouth opening to say his name, to call out.
William's head tipped back in a gesture Mark recognized from his William, a gesture of pure exasperation and defeat. His eyes swept across the space where Mark floated, then past him, unfocused, not landing, and then his head dropped back down again.
He didn't see him.
Mark hesitated. Frowned.
Blind. William was blind.
