"Aren't you like, 30?" Jay tries to make sense of Matt at a 45 degree angle. When he can't, he turns his head upright. He looks him up and down--he's in over his head, he muses, too stupid to realize how much immediate danger he's put himself in by being here, in this bunker, with the people he's with, in the year they're in. With the way the war overseas is proceeding, there might not be a retirement.
