Bob needs a new outlet after going clean. He tries working out, but it just doesn't hit the same. He tries baking, but it also just doesn't hit the same. He tries many many things but nothing works. He's fed up, he's got no outlet for anything, so he finally goes to his final solution, asking the big super soldier down the hall for help.
