Summary
“What is that?” Phil is starting to think that he really should be getting more sleep.
“It's a hole.” The younger one says, like it's the most obvious thing in the world. And maybe it is. What else could it be?
“Yes I can see that,” Phil does not understand how Wilbur is holding it together like he is. “But what's it doing there?” He tiptoes over to the hole to take a quick look and all that greets him is inky darkness.
“I woke up this morning,” he takes another sip and gulps audibly “and there was a hole.”
