This is a post-canon, meta-type fic based around the premise: the characters of Twilight are real people and many of the books take place in a similar --if not the very same-- way to the novels. Some major exceptions being the time-line (as the series actually took place in the early nineties), Bree Tanner not being executed, Victoria surviving until Breaking Dawn, and certain character relationships being overhauled.Note::Title is a "Working Title" and may change. If anyone has suggestions for a new title, the comments are always open.

Summary
The Houses of Bolton and Stark share a bloody history. Twice have the Boltons rebelled against the Starks, and twice have they been forced to bend the knee. The Lord of the Dreadfort, Roose Bolton decides a different tactic to strengthen his house under the Warden of the North. He offers his trueborn son and heir, Domeric Bolton as a ward to House Stark.
Starts two years before Robert arrives to Winterfell and will lead up to the end of the events of the first book: Game of Thrones.
Story is complete.
The sequel is up and it is tentatively titled: Our Blades Are Sharp 2: The Red Reign.
