    “... do you want me?”

    What was the right answer here? Should he lie? Or confess that his feelings were still there, that his hopeless heart had blinked out the Radio Demon as its new port and stubbornly refused to change course?

    Alastor fiddled with his coffee mug, fingers shaking. “... knowing what h̴̡̪̒̈́ẽ̵͠ did, do you still want me?”

    When Lucifer realised he had fallen in love with Alastor, he had no plans of confessing his feelings. The Radio Demon had been through enough; he did not need more complications in his afterlife. If Alastor found out, it could end their friendship.
