The three billy goat McGruffs loved their pranks and as the bleating laughter faded, drowned out by the truck's engine, Harlen gingerly rolled himself to his feet and assessed his surroundings. The McGruff brothers had dumped him on the wrong side of the tracks, the Predator side of the tracks.
And it was almost sunset.
Harlen quieted the panic in his head, his chest, and his stomach. He knew, better than some Prey, what could happen to a Rabbit who found himself outside after nightfall.
