Summary
Legacy takes place about 4 months after the battle with the Arch Demon, both my Warden, Marissa Cousland and Alistair survived the fight. Afterwards, he stayed in Denerim to rule as king, while Marissa returned to Highever as the Hero of Ferelden. They did not part on good terms. This continues their story.

Summary

Summary
Thedas has been a shit show for the last twenty years. At least, if you asked Alys that's what she'd have said. Aurelia's opinion might be slightly different, all things considered. The two twenty-year-olds couldn't be less alike if they tried. Yet, somehow, Varric left Aurelia in charge and Alys is stuck with an ancient elven god of trickery in her head, Thedas is falling apart again, the blight is infecting half a continent, and it's only Thursday.
((This is a fic that retells the game of Dragon Age: The Veilguard. My own Rook, Alys, is one of the main characters. The other, Aurelia, belongs to fellow creator Sasha199. Both our characters were the children of characters back in Origins so I thought it might be fun to see how they interact with the world. This work will blend aspects of both our world states, however, if you want to learn more about Aurelia's mother I suggest looking at Sasha's work 'Legacy'.))

The soft patter of water, muffled through the skins of the tent stirred Rythlen awake, her hand seeking the warmth of her husband’s back under the blanket but he wasn’t where he was supposed to be. She blinked the sleepiness away and stared out from her cot, the coolness of the wind cutting through the small gap at the entrance of their tent.
