Summary
The X-Mansion was a lot of things, but predictable was never one of them. When Remy LeBeau first arrived, the mansion’s atmosphere shifted under the weight of his charm. He’d entered the foyer with a swagger, the kind that carried charisma and confidence and screamed look at me. It was clear to anyone present that he was used to having eyes on him.
You glanced up from your place on the couch with mild curiosity. As interesting as lesson plans could be, newcomers were far more so, and you weren’t one to pass up the opportunity to people watch. You eyed him shrewdly.
He was tall, with unruly hair that fell into his eyes. His long coat swirled around his ankles as he walked, his measured footsteps made it seem as though he already belonged and that the mansion hallways had been waiting for his return. As if sensing your attention, he paused in his step, turning his head and dipping it smoothly.
“Bonjour, Cherie,” he crooned, eyes brightening with mischief. The drawl of his voice echoed through the empty foyer.

Summary

He has a life now, a regular job, a regular fiance. All of that changes when his not-so-little brother comes barging back into his life and says fourteen words that turn Dick's life upside down.
