Insanely cool story. Very well developed character wise, good use of time skips, plenty of detail without being drowning, presumes enough ignorance without over explaining. Very good pacing. Better than most.

    Summary

AU. Harry isn’t the Boy-Who-Lived, just a lonely orphan who goes to Hogwarts interested in learning Potions and making friends. But his Potions professor hates him, and Harry can make few friends when he has to conceal his snake familiar and his Parseltongue—and that he seems capable of bringing small animal constructs to life. Blaise Zabini is one of the few people invited into Harry’s secrets, a relationship that grows to be more and more important to both of them as the years pass.

    Summary

Creating horcruxes is a tricky business.

So… what happens when it gets screwed up? What if the soul shard was left unprotected or—even worse—attached to another soul? Well, it wouldn’t be good for the horcrux, that’s for sure. And god only knows what it’d do to the other soul…

Harry Potter grows up in an abusive home while also dealing with a Shadowy Voice in his mind. What does that sort of thing do to a child? Will he ignore his Other Voice and join forces with his long-lost twin brother, the so-called ‘Boy-Who-Lived,’ as heirs apparent to the Light? Or will he succumb to the voice in his head, and begin following the path of Darkness?

Or maybe he’ll choose something different. Can Harry maintain his fundamental goodness while traveling a journey full of theft, Unforgivables, murder, and mayhem?

Very good, a little unbelievable at times; dumbledore is straight evil in this. Florian is a moron, the Weasleys are somehow both sympathetic and entirely un-. Hermione is... both a very good and very bad friend.

Good story though. Good structure and pacing.

    Summary

The history of the Global Wizarding War is a settled matter, a nursery tale of good versus evil. But in 1981, ambitious historian Beatrice Vance is granted an unprecedented opportunity: to interview the war's most enigmatic and terrifying figure, the man the world remembers only as "The Raven."

From his cell in Nurmengard, Henry Potter agrees to tell his story. It is a tale of a love so fierce it became a weapon, of a trauma that twisted a protector into a tyrant, and of a grand, logical, and horrifying philosophy built "For the Greater Good."

As Beatrice records the testimony of the man who helped bring a world to its knees, the monster of the history books begins to fade. In the quiet of Nurmengard's most secure cell, the lines between truth and justification blur, and she must fight to remember the warnings of the outside world before the story she came to capture, captures her instead.

    Bookmarker's Notes

Coldly written, a fascinating interplay of unreliable narration through the lens of desire for hard truth - leaves you guessing and wondering whether any of it is real or a figment of imagination.

    Summary

How is it even possible that Harry falls into another dimension where nobody knows who he is, and winds up attending Hogwarts as Harry Grindelwald, great-grandson of the Dark Lord?

Balthilda, still living somewhere in the 19th century, said: “This is my nephew, G-”
    “Harry!”
“-Grindelwald,” Balthilda finished, smiling pleasantly, if vacantly, at her neighbours. The Montgomerys stared. Harry turned his smile up brighter, reaching over the garden fence to shake Mr. Montgomery’s hand.
    “Just Harry is fine.”
