Sanji knows he messed up, falling for such an obvious trick. He wants to go home so badly, but at least he has a small green tiger plush with him to comfort him through the worst of Doflamingo's abuse. Even if he can't remember where the toy came from.
Luffy refuses to give up, and as much as he hates it, he knows that Law is right. They need a new plan, especially if they're going to save Sanji and take Doflamingo down.

Luckily the case may not be as complete as he thought and the events in a not quite so empty warehouse will result in a change of attitude.
