Summary
Less than three months.
That's all the time it took for the virus to choke out humanity from within, and Yuuji can't remember the last time he's seen someone who didn't have flesh in between their teeth. Or someone who you could barely call human. Yuuji comes to find nothing but loneliness in the infested skeleton of Tokyo. He owes it to his grandfather to leave.Megumi tries to forget the road behind him with every step he takes forward. He doesn't know what he's looking for in the husks of former cities that lie in the path before him. What he certainly doesn't know is that he'll find his answer in the form of a pink-haired stranger throwing a brick at a car.
OR: Yuuji and Megumi trauma bonding as they try not to die via ‘humanized’ Death Angels. (Nobara is fashionably late to the party)

Summary
Sanji raises his head in confusion, one glassy eye scanning the room until it lays on him, and a soft whimper escapes his lips. It’s a heartbreaking sound and Zoro, silently wishing to never have to hear it again, crosses the remaining space between them in a flash. “Can’t your shitty lungs work anymore? Breathe you idiot…” He mutters, schooling his own breath to even out as much as possible despite his exertion moments ago, desperate to give Sanji something to hang on onto.
The cook seems to catch up with the idea instantly and follows the rhythm in short gasps, gaping like a fish out of the water and stare glued to swordsman as if his life depended on it. He really hopes it doesn’t.

Summary
Usopp isn't strong because people he cares about have gotten injured protecting him.
Sanji isn't strong because he couldn't stop their swordsman from trying to sacrifice himself.
Zoro isn't strong because he wasn’t able to protect their captain from feeling an unimaginable amount of suffering.
And Luffy isn't strong because he can't seem to keep his crew from almost dying while fighting people he should be able to beat alone.
