Kara didn’t need the sentence finished.
“…perjury,” Kara muttered.
“Correct.” Lucy turned the page. “Which brings us to option three.” She chimed and tapped the final line. Then she looked up at them.
“You get married.”
Kara blinked. Once. Twice.
“What?”

DoD wants Kara to testify against Lena and the only solution (a terrible plan, really) is to get married. Public scrutiny, internet shipping discourse, and living together long enough to convince the government that their relationship is real.
