Summary
Hope you got your things together. V thought that Mikoshi, Silverhand and Arasaka would be the apex of his mercenary career. That he would be able to fade into obscurity with Panam and the Aldecaldos. He was wrong. There's a bad moon on the rise.

Summary
Never in my wildest dreams did I think that leaving the Bakkers would end with me in Night City.
Then again, I also never thought I'd become friends with a loudmouth merc named Jackie Welles, chrome myself up like a Christmas tree, or spend my days getting shot at for money.
Life has a funny way of surprising you.
Unfortunately, Night City has a funny way of making things worse.
Between chasing the dream of becoming a legend, searching for a cure to a problem lodged somewhere inside my skull, and trying not to lose myself along the way, I've gotten involved in more drama than any one person reasonably should.
And yet, no matter what I do, that drama never seems to go away.
All of this and more - a former Bakker trying to find a place to belong, a deeper exploration of Jackie, Viktor, Misty, Panam, and the Aldecaldos, and a reimagined journey through the events of Cyberpunk 2077 and Phantom Liberty - await in Under the Stars, a novelization with added humor, love, and chaos.
Will try to update as frequently as I can.
Enjoy!

Summary
This follows Male V and Panam (romanced) after leaving NC in the Star ending. It picks up a few weeks after they leave, with V's condition worsening. Both V and Panam are having trouble dealing with his deteriorating condition, but the nomads have a plan to help.
I have tried to write true to the tone of the game as well as incorporate 2077's unique language style. I've also tried to maintain that bittersweet feeling that is part of the cyberpunk genre, as well as expand on advanced cyberpunk concepts either not seen in the game or not explored fully. It also explores Panam and V's emotional connection, I really liked how they interacted in the game. Thanks for reading!

Summary
V should have known better.
A former counter-intelligence officer at Arasaka, a rising star trained to smell betrayal before it entered the room, V knows Dexter DeShawn cannot be trusted. The plan is too thin. The fixer is too eager. The prize is too large. Every instinct V has left tells him the Konpeki job is wrong.
But Night City does not reward caution. Jackie wants the big leagues. Evelyn has her own agenda. Dex is trying to claw his way back into relevance. And V, stripped of his corporate life, buried in debt, and haunted by how easy violence has started to feel, needs the job to work.
He should know better.
V̶͎̐ ̴͚͌c̷̹̾a̴̩̔n̵͙̈́n̷͍͝o̸̝͗t̶͉̍ ̷̥̒t̵̡̐ȑ̵̨u̵̫͆s̴͚̋ț̷̕ ̸̟̾V̸̛͜.
In this alternate Cyberpunk 2077 story, Corpo V survives the fall from Arasaka with his instincts intact and his doubts growing louder. With weeks left before the Konpeki job, he takes contracts, upgrades his chrome, and tries to prepare for the heist he already suspects is a mistake.
The danger isn't just Dexter DeShawn, Evelyn Parker, Arasaka, or the Relic.
It's the fact that V should know better—and keeps going anyway.
