Summary
AU where Max wins and the Emerson family become vampires.
Sleep all day, party all night. Never grow old, never die. That was what Michael was promised but the reality is much different. After a tragic loss the group of boys he had considered his family turned on him. Now years later, a hollow shell of what he use to be, he tries to pick up the pieces.
Around this time Max has an announcement, they will be returning to his homeland to attend a meeting of the most powerful European vampire clans. As Michael tries to heal and to keep his treatment a secret, he must navigate the battlefield of politics with the most bloodthirsty ancient beings. Failure can result in the loss of what little he has left. But he might have the opportunity to gain more than he ever thought possible.
