Summary
The Umbrella Corporation made billions from selling bio-organic weapons, but developing them wasn't a smooth process, and containment breaches jeopardized the safety of the organization more than once. Thus, Oswell Spencer developed a new type of B.O.W., one that would prey on and only on creatures infected by the T-Virus. This would have been a most elegant solution, a killer who could clean up Umbrella's messes ruthlessly and efficiently, was there not only ever one successful test subject. Oswell eventually scrapped the program, and in that one test subject, the infant girl who had lived... he found hope.
