Izuku has a quirk that makes him have cat traits. That includes cat ears, cat tail, nose, whiskers, claws, some fur on his hands and feet, and his body is a little more cat-like, and makes him a lot more flexible.
But most importantly, he has cat instincts.
He grew up with Katsuki, them being best friends, and Katsuki looking after Izuku.
They both pass the entrance exam, and this is them joining class 1A, and the chaos of Izuku’s cat instincts.
Oh, and Nedzu is an idiot for doing this to Aizawa.
All because he loves cats.
That doesn’t mean he’s gonna like Izuku.

Summary
Izuku wanted a cool quirk, but when his fourth birthday came and went and he still didn't have a quirk, he started losing hope that he'd ever get a quirk. As he tries to protect a girl from Katsuki's bullying, he's proven wrong. On top of getting a quirk, he also gets something far greater. Or should I say... someone.
This idea was a product of writers block while writing The Yakuza Isn't That Bad. It takes some queues from other dragon Izuku fics.
