Makoto and Kyoko have been together for over ten years, ever since their time in Hope's Peak, and are recently married... although Makoto feels like their relationship has changed. Kyoko has been more... aggressive. Controlling. And while he still loves her, sometimes he catches himself wishing things could be different.
Mukuro Ikusaba is a former mercenary with a horrific background that she managed to mostly put behind her. Her sister is three years away from having fully carried out her sentence. Wishing to leave her mercenary life behind, she has pursued a career in music, which has grown very successful due to her stay at Hope's Peak.
Eventually, Makoto and Mukuro meet one another for the first time in ten years, and long-dormant feelings for the boy spring alive once more. Feelings that she manages to realise at last.

Summary
