Summary
Emerie has spent most of her life as a slave for a Crolute called Boss alongside other kids, building weapons from scrap in a cramped basement with no concept of time. When a strange faction called the First Order swarms the planet she's found herself on and offers her a chance at freedom, Emerie takes the leap at a chance to explore the galaxy and start her new life. Now an Initiate Engineer stationed aboard the Finalizer, Emerie finds herself at the forefront of an ongoing war between an "evil" faction known as the Resistance as she navigates through a world outside of the basement she was forced to call home. With the help of a few new friends, she just might make it. But after a few chance run-ins with the Commander of the First Order, Emerie slowly begins to notice a pull from inside of herself. It isn't until she discovers what her destination is that she realizes her life may be destined for something bigger than herself.
