Summary

Summary
Mac woke up to a slap in the face – literally. Groaning in annoyance as he slowly removed the large, gun-callused hand from his face; a very confused Angus MacGyver took in his surroundings:
He was in Jack Dalton’s apartment, that much he knew for sure. The blond had been staying with his best friend and partner for the last three weeks as his place was being torn apart by Phoenix CSIs and pieced back together by the electrician and contractor he’d hired. That house was hardly livable after what the Ghost had done.
This morning, however, he’d woken up in Jack’s bedroom... in Jack’s bed... with a snoring, boxer-clad Jack laying next to him. Mac himself wore nothing but Jack’s favorite Metallica t-shirt. The clock says 9:00 am...Bookmarked by Riko222

“Congratulations,” Matty said in a weirdly cheerful voice that made Mac skeptical immediately. “You’ve won an all-expenses paid ten-day cruise to the Mexican Riviera—well, not really, but it sounded good.” She tapped at the tablet in her hands and brought up several more pictures, all of same-sex couples who looked happy, smiling in their beach clothes. “Five American couples have vanished off the same cruise liner in the past six months. The disappearances were spread far enough apart that suspicion of foul play stayed relatively low until two DEA agents on vacation went missing last week.”
As he studied the couples on the screen Mac felt the bottom drop out of his stomach. “Matty… who exactly did you have in mind when you said that part about winning the cruise?”
“It’s a big ship, so I figured two teams would be best,” Matty said, a knowing gleam in her eye. “You and Jack will be one, and Desi and Riley will be the other.”
(Also known as the one where an undercover op on a cruise ship becomes very real... and very dangerous.)

Summary
Mac was aware that this wasn't healthy, but he was past the point of caring. It had taken all his nerve to take the cuff from a pile of Jack's things several months ago, and now... well, now he probably looked like a crazed stalker. The shirt he was wearing wasn't his, it was one of Jack's, a dusky charcoal gray that Mac would have never picked for himself. And the olive-green tactical pants? Those were Jack's, and so were the socks under Mac's boots - he would have taken a pair of Jack's, but his feet were significantly bigger than Mac's and they didn't fit.
