Summary
What I wanted to write was a quick one-shot that explored the idea of Harry being the biological son of Voldemort, only Voldemort doesn't know he has a son and is also as evil as ever. Meanwhile, Harry is just a charismatic kid with a snake and ridiculously powerful magic.
It turned into a series rewrite.
Here's book four.
Features: a Harry Potter that has a bad feeling about this one, an Oliver Wood who's just heard of this new show called Friends and he's about to make that everyone else's problem, a Tom Riddle that has a REALLY bad feeling about this one, a Draco Malfoy that has done really pretty admirably not being dragged into the narrative for the last couple books if you really think about it, and both Sirius and Remus who are just. They're doing their best, they really are.

Summary
“Satoru!” the black-haired man said cheerfully. “Long time no see.”
The white-haired man froze, and almost right as that happened, the box started to shake.
Kagome’s body moved on instinct. Her gut telling her that something bad was about to happen, her knowledge that she could stop it, her deep conviction the white-haired man deserved to have someone on his side — it all took over, and she couldn't have stopped to think about it if she wanted to.
Just as the box was launching itself forward, she’d stepped in front of it, raising a hand. Her back collided with that of the white-haired man, so she was certain whatever was coming wouldn’t get in contact with him, another unconscious decision. Since she didn’t have anything to channel her energy into, all she could do was raise the staff she’d grabbed earlier. It wasn’t anything much, but she could still push her energy through it, using it to shape it as she wished to.
“Kekkai!”
Or: Kagome is at Shibuya, and one person changes everything.

From August 14 to August 17, the entirety of Manhattan was asleep. Then everyone woke up; Kronos fell; and the news passed it off as a chemical fumes accident that knocked everyone out.
Yeah... Reddit isn't buying it. Cue the beginning of the Manhattan Big Sleep megathread.
Note: A lot of the characters mentioned in the tags won't actually show up, but will be mentioned often.
Also, TW for mention of death, corpses, etc. Canonically the Battle of Manhattan resulted in a lot of mortal deaths, so... yeah.

Summary
