Galinda remembers her as a person.Eight years after Elphaba’s death, Galinda—now fully Glinda the Good—has perfected the art of being adored. She smiles on balconies, waves to children, says the right words in the right order. Oz is peaceful enough now that people call it a success.
In private, Galinda still talks to Elphaba—not because she thinks Elphaba can answer, but because some habits don’t disappear just because someone does.

Summary
One year after Jedi Padawan Liir Arduenna kills the Emperor, Jedi Knight Galinda Arduenna, newly returned to the Light, stays behind after helping her family escape the clutches of Darth Vulturis. Galinda and Darth Viosa become one but they both feel the pull from the Dark and the Light, threatening to tear them in two.
