Summary
The USS Enterprise under the command of Captain Hiccup Haddock takes on a new First Officer, Commander Jack Frost.
Finding your place in a new crew can be difficult and Jack has to adjust quickly, since—in typical Star Trek fashion—space adventures and dangerous missions are lurking around every corner.
Surviving in deep space requires a lot of trust and understanding. Will this new team live up to the challenge?++++
This work is structured somewhat like a Star Trek TV show, so every chapter is a new "Episode", starting with the pilot.
Every episode has a complete narrative arc and can technically be read individually.
The characters will evolve throughout the show, of course. This is only the beginning.++++

After having lived the same life, and having fought the same war, over and over and over, Byleth has had enough.
He has seen every possible ending. Reached every possible conclusion. But surely, there has to be an ending where everyone is satisfied.
And so he tries again, and again, and again. With Sothis' power, they should be able to find it eventually. And with the knowledge of four separate lifetimes guiding their every move...
You'd think they'd be a lot better at this.

Summary
Aragami are creatures that constantly evolve in order to grow stronger and survive, devouring more and more until they eventually become the ultimate monsters. Survival strategies can include many different behaviors... which apparently include running away from a certain white-haired blue-eyed AGE.
In other words: Keith observes as the local aragami learn that the approach of the Devil of the Chrysanthemum is bad news and decide that running away is more beneficial to survival than trying to fight.Bookmarked by Remembering_Ravens
