“Can you turn the light on? I can’t see anything.” Sonic asked, squinting in the already illuminated space.
Shadow side eyed the blue hedgehog with growing anxiety. “…The lights are on, hedgehog."
An immense sense of wrongness hit both of them at the same time. Shadow watched helplessly as the other hedgehog tried opening and closing his eyes a few times, as if it was magically going to cure what was wrong with him.
“Shadow.” His voice wavered with uncertainty, hands trembling slightly. “I… I can’t see.”

Prince Sonic is desperate.

Sonic's only hope lies in the dark legend of the Sea Witch. One night he calls to him, bringing forth a monster of the deep that only nightmares sing of.
The Sea Witch is willing to help, but demands a price for every wish granted.
