Basically: Shanks has a daughter (maybe a son too, I haven’t decided yet) who, through tragic means, spent a year with the ASL trio before seeking out her Uncle Mihawk and being raised by him until she’s old enough to sail on her own then joins Luffy’s crew to help him become the Pirate King. She also ate a devil fruit and has had to wear a blindfold since.

This will have three love interests who are all walking red flags (Ferid, Crowley, & Guren). I do not know the endgame so we’re in this together.
Essentially, the oldest Hyakuya orphan was abused by Saito before the apocalypse. Ferid is in charge of collecting the children from the Hyakuya Sect and, since Keiko should have died, Ferid decides to lie and keep her as a pet.
