Summary
An outlaw's only as good as his gang. A man's only as good as his word. Kouga's only good at making the exact wrong choices at the exact wrong moments. There are decisions that are made, forks in the road that lead us to where we're supposed to be. Sometimes it just takes awhile to pick the right ones.
Unfortunately, one of those may lead to him having to choose between the gang that he knows, and the woman he wants desperately to love. That is, of course, provided he can keep her from marrying the wrong man first. It's okay, because he's got a plan™ . (He absolutely does not have a plan™.)
Alternatively: That one where Kouga and Inuyasha are in a gang, Kagome's marrying Bankotsu, everything feels a lot like Red Dead Redemption, and we're going to eek a full fic out of three minutes and thirty six seconds worth of audio.

Summary
It's been several years since the defeat of Naraku and supposed destruction of the Sacred Jewel. Stuck in the past, Kagome has been trying to adjust to the tedious life of a village miko while harboring a dangerous secret. With the emergence of a deadly illness sweeping through Edo, Kagome is tasked with helping Kouga save his pack. The only problem is that Kouga is determined to use this opportunity to not only save his tribe, but to convince Kagome to be his. Drawn to the powerful wolf demon, Kagome must learn to walk the fine line between following her heart and staying duty bound to protect those she loves.
