Nie Huaisang has more important things to deal with in his life than the sudden epiphany Lan Wangji has of being in love with him after they've been married for over a decade. If he agrees to show him some ways to have sex and plays this just right; he should be able to convince Hanguang Jun to find a new partner, get revenge against Jin Guangyao, and not fall stupidly back in love with his husband who's broken his heart more times than he could ever count.

The door slides open softly, and Jin Ling steps inside and shuts it just as softly behind him, “I’m sorry for waking you,” His voice is shaking, as though he’s crying, but Jiang Cheng can’t see whether or not he truly is in the darkness of the room, “I just… I couldn’t sleep.”
Jiang Cheng snorts, “Of course you can’t sleep, you napped the whole day away, brat.” He beckons him closer, and when Jin Ling approaches, sitting down on the edge of Jiang Cheng’s bed, he can see his wet cheeks glistening in the moonbeams from the window that pour over the floor and most of the bed. He props himself up on one arm and reaches the other to wipe still-falling tears from the cheek facing him, voice softer now, “Are you finally going to tell me what’s wrong?”
Jin Ling’s face turns away, and he looks at the floor, “I can’t.”
Jiang Cheng frowns, “Why not?”
There’s a short pause, and then, “...It’s humiliating.”
There are some things Jin Ling only trusts his jiujiu with, and Jiang Cheng will safeguard that trust like the precious thing it is to him, even when it shouldn't be his place. Maybe it's just an excuse for Jin Ling, too.

Jin Ling is, admittedly, a little bit nervous as he walks from his own room to his Jiujiu’s, massage oil in hand.
He does know a thing or two about massage, that hadn’t been a lie, of course. But, well. He may have neglected to mention that he’d learned for more… erotic purposes. He knows that Jiang Cheng needs the pain relief, though, and that he hates to be touched by most people, so he hopes he can help regardless.
His jiujiu is already wearing just his pants when he arrives, and Jin Ling directs him to lie down on his stomach on the bed. He’s not entirely sure whether or not you’re meant to straddle the person during a therapeutic massage, but it’s the way he’d learned, and it’s easier to get at his back and shoulders that way.
So Jin Ling straddles Jiang Cheng, sitting on his lower back, and warms the oil in his hands first before placing them on his jiujiu’s back.
Jiang Cheng has chronic pain from a past injury, and Jin Ling attempts to help him with it via therapeutic massage.
