Summary

Little do either of them know, there's more than meets the eye when it comes to their new partner. Despite the fact that they're polar opposites in every way, it doesn't take long for them to go from strangers to friends. From friends to... Well, that's much, much later in the story.

Summary
Nicole and Jecka are not a good match.
They enable their worst habits, hurt everyone around them, and can’t go a month without blowing up at each other. Their communication is terrible, their coping skills minimal, and their ‘solutions’ never actually fix or address anything close to the problem.
They are, by any and all definitions, extremely toxic.
But, really, none of that matters, because they’re gonna make it work no matter who or what they need to sacrifice to get there in the end. They’re not worth the effort? Says who? Not really for anybody else to decide, now is it?
Being alone is bad enough.
Being alone without the one person who really gets you, for better or mostly worse?
Fuck that.

Summary
