"I think - I think that's Jason as a teenager."
It says a lot about their lives that Damian only considers this for a moment before nodding. "Do you think it will be an improvement? He has not had a chance to go crazy yet, so perhaps if this is permanent -"

Jason Todd is hit with a spell that de-ages him to a few months after he took a dip in the Lazarus pit. The bat family has to work to get him back to his normal age while navigating the emotions of a confused and angry post-pit Jason.
I might add a prequel to this.. who knows.

Summary
Gordon considered himself a calm man.
He was on board when a man dressed up as a bat started showing up on his crime-ridden streets.
He kept an open mind when the same man began dressing up little kids like birds and throwing them at psychotic maniacs.
He kept his cool when Batman asked to pardon the murderous, red-helmeted ‘vigilante’ who blew up countless warehouses and served as judge, jury, and executioner.
He even managed to keep a straight face when that same criminal showed up at the Batsignal; he still pulled a gun on him, of course, but he held his fire, for now.
“Red Hood,” He greeted with a sour frown.
The helmeted figure turned to face him, waving as he did so. “Hey there, Commish.”
OR
Red Hood is the only bat left in town to take on Gordon's missions. Gordon is, unsurprisingly, not happy. However, Jim is forced to push his feelings aside so he can get shit done. Maybe after a while, they'll learn to do more than just deal with one another, especially when Gordon learns that the gun-wielding murderer he sees now used to be a joking fifteen-year-old Gordon enjoyed the company of. That was... Until the second Robin died.

Law knew that was the only way to stay alive and well. He knew he didn't really have a choice, not when that clumsy giant was also in the equation. And it only got worse when he was sure that if he said a simple “no,” he would listen and leave, even if it put them at risk. Damn, he really didn't have a choice, did he?
Or, Luffy kidnaps a navy officer.

Summary
“Aw, you dodged!” the kid complained. “I was being so sneaky too,” he grumbled, dusting himself off with two arms that were definitely a normal length now. When the kid finally looked up at Law, he already had his knife clenched in one hand, eyes locked as he held a fighting stance.
The weird kid looked confused, but Law didn’t budge.
“Sorry if I scared you, I’ve never seen you before. Are you from the Gray Terminal?” he asked. Law had no idea what that was, and kept his mouth firmly shut. That only seemed to annoy the kid more, who puffed his cheeks out. “That’s a cool knife,” he tried next.
Law stayed silent. The kid sighed heavily.
“Can you not speak? I guess its okay if you can’t,” he said, as if he had any say in the matter. He shook off the annoyed look and smiled, brighter than anyone had any right to be. “My name is Monkey D. Luffy! I’m gonna be king of the pirates!”
D.
Law dropped the knife.
